Which areas do you cover?

Are you fully insured and DBS checked?

Yes, Pal4Paws Pet Services is fully insured for public liability and pet care, and hold clean DBS checks for complete peace of mind.

Do you offer solo or group dog walks?

We offer individual walks for pets who prefer quiet, one-on-one time, as well as walks for additional pets from the same household.  We do not offer group walks.

Do you accept aggressive/anxious dogs?

I am able to take dogs that are agressive, however they would have to remain on the lead and be exercised alone unless otherwise agreed after me seeing their ability to respond to commands. With anxious dogs, walks would be tailored to their specific needs.

Can you administer pet medication?

Yes, we can administer routine oral medications, supplements, and eye or ear drops according to your vet's clear instructions.

Do we meet beforehand?

Absolutely. We provide a free initial consultation visit so we can meet your pet, understand their routine, and collect key instructions.

What happens in case of a medical emergency?

We contact you immediately and take your pet to your nominated local veterinary practice or the nearest emergency vet if required.

Key policy

Your keys are kept secure and never linked to personal information. In case of loss or theft, we will inform you immediately. Your personal data is stored on a secure server and never shared.
